Hospitals under Principal Healthcare Network Promote Resource and Energy Conservation Through Various Communication Channels

Hospitals under Principal Healthcare Company and Principal Capital Public Company Limited (PRINC) are actively promoting energy and resource conservation among staff. The campaign covers electricity, water, and paper usage reduction within hospital premises. The Facilities Management Department has developed centralized promotional materials for hospitals across the network to utilize. These materials are disseminated through various internal channels such as official LINE groups, bulletin boards, and signage placed throughout hospital buildings.

The campaign includes the following measures:

Energy Conservation Measures - Turn off air conditioning during lunch breaks and 20 minutes before the end of the workday, Switch off lights during lunch breaks and when not in use, Turn off computer monitors after 15 minutes of inactivity or activate sleep mode, Unplug electrical appliances when not in use, Use stairs instead of elevators when going up two floors or down three, and Follow appliance user manuals for optimal efficiency.

Water Conservation Measures - Use water mindfully and report any leaks or water wastage within hospital premises.

Paper Resource Conservation Measures - Use both sides of paper when printing or copying and Replace printed materials with electronic communication whenever possible
